Shipping & Return

Our commitment is to dispatch the majority of products within 5–10 days upon receiving an order. Please note that for international shipments, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover these additional costs. We do not have control over these charges and cannot assume responsibility for any extra overseas expenses.

In cases where parcels are returned via other couriers due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional charges and return postage costs will be applicable. We continually strive to identify the most competitive delivery charges for your convenience.

Within Hong Kong, shipments are sent via SF Express, while international deliveries are handled by FedEx / UPS / or other supported courier.

All transactions are securely processed through PayPal and major credit cards.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided you notify us via email. Ensure the product is returned undamaged and in its original state. You are responsible for proper packing and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover. Things Gallery is not liable for the loss or damage of returned products. Upon satisfactory receipt of returned goods, we will refund your payment within 7 days, minus initial shipping and packing charges.

For used goods, please note that the product condition is accurately described in the product description. Due to the nature of used items, we do not accept returns for them.

Things Gallery reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.

If your used product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and retain both the product and its packaging. We will promptly contact the relevant courier company responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Once the product is dispatched, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

This shipping terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
